We start with your property: size, layout, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how your bookings usually run. Together we agree what each turnover includes and how you’ll let us know about checkouts.

Tell us when a checkout is coming, with as much notice as your calendar allows. We confirm availability and arrive ready to turn the property around for the next guest. If your bookings follow a predictable pattern, we can work from your booking calendar instead of waiting for a message about every checkout.

Same-Day and Next-Day Turnovers

Back-to-back bookings are common in season. We offer same-day and next-day turnovers whenever the schedule allows; call as early as possible for a tight window.

Lockbox and Keyless Entry

You don’t need to be there. Lockboxes, door codes and entry instructions are fine, and we lock up when we’re done.

Supplies and a Consistent Team

Our cleaners bring professional cleaning supplies, with eco-friendly products on request. We send the same team whenever possible, so they get to know your property.

Scheduling, Access and Payment

• Rescheduling: let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule.
• Late changes: with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t access the property on arrival, the full price of the cleaning may be charged.
• Payment: arrange your payment method before the visit, or leave cash or a check for the team.
• Issues: tell us within 24 hours if something was missed and we’ll address it.
• Insurance: we’re fully insured if something is damaged.
