Condo buildings on the islands often have their own access, elevator and parking rules; tell us when you book and we’ll plan each visit around them. In waterfront homes we give extra time to glass, sliders and salt film on fixtures. If you’re away part of the year, we can clean before you arrive and after you leave, with access by key or lockbox.
