How Landlord Turnovers Work

1. Tell us about the unit. Its size and condition, the move-out date and when the next tenant moves in.
2. Arrange access. You don’t need to be there: a lockbox, key or door code works, and we lock up when we’re done.
3. Clean by checklist. We clean to our move-out standard, room by room, and can add the inside of the oven and fridge, cabinet interiors and other extras.
4. Quality check. We review the work to make sure everything meets expectations before we consider the job complete.
5. Follow-up. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to address it.

• Rescheduling: let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule.
• Late changes: with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t access the property on arrival, the full price of the cleaning may be charged.
• Access: you don’t need to be there. A spare key, lockbox, door code or entry instructions work, and we lock up when we’re done.
• Payment: arrange your payment method before the visit, or leave cash or a check for the team.
• Issues: tell us within 24 hours if something was missed and we’ll address it.
• Insurance: we’re fully insured if something is damaged.
