Airbnb turnover cleaning runs on your booking calendar instead of a fixed weekly schedule: every checkout is a cleaning. The goal of each turnover is the same, to reset the property so the next guest walks into a home that looks and feels clean, and to let you know about anything that needs your attention. Here is how it works from setup to the walkthrough at the end.
1. Setting Up
Before the first turnover, we agree the basics:
- The property: size, layout, bedrooms and bathrooms
- What each turnover includes, and any extras such as the lanai or the grill
- Linens: how many sets you supply and where they are kept
- Access: lockbox, keyless entry or building procedures
- How you want to hear about damage, broken or missing items

2. Scheduling From Your Booking Calendar
We can work from your booking calendar, so turnovers follow checkouts as they are booked. Same-day and next-day turnovers are available whenever the schedule allows; tell us as early as you can when a booking lands close to the next one. A surcharge may apply to same-day requests.
3. Entry
The team lets itself in with the lockbox or keyless code and locks up when they are done. You don’t need to be there.
4. The Turnover Clean
Each turnover works through the property room by room:
- Kitchen: counters, sink and surfaces cleaned, appliances wiped down, cabinets and visible surfaces cleaned, floors swept and mopped.
- Bathrooms: sinks, toilets, tubs and showers cleaned and disinfected; mirrors and fixtures; floors.
- Bedrooms: linens changed using the set you supply; surfaces and furniture dusted; floors.
- Living areas: dusting, vacuuming, floors, and the space reset for the next guest.
- High-touch surfaces: light switches, door handles and other contact points.
Near the beach, sand in sliding door tracks, entry floors and rugs gets attention on every turnover.

5. The Walkthrough Before We Leave
Before leaving, the team walks through the property and reports anything damaged, broken or missing to you, so you can deal with it before the next arrival. We review the work to make sure everything meets expectations before we consider the job complete.
6. Follow-Up
If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to address it.
What Turnovers Don’t Cover
Turnovers reset the property between guests; they aren’t a deep clean. Every so often, a deep clean takes care of blinds, door tracks, the inside of the oven and fridge, cabinet interiors and the areas behind furniture. Supplying linens and guest amenities stays with you.
