Nokomis and Osprey Cleaning Services
Nokomis and Osprey sit side by side on the Gulf Coast in Sarasota County, with Osprey just north of Nokomis and Venice just to the south. Homes here are mostly single-family houses, waterfront homes and condos, with a number of smaller rentals, and the cleaning we’re asked for is mainly recurring house cleaning, deep cleans, rental cleaning and move-in and move-out cleaning.
Coastal Breeze Maids is locally owned by Margit Orban and Rita Szentgyorgyi, based at 5111 Ocean Blvd, Ste A on Siesta Key, with more than 10 years of experience, and the whole team lives and works in Sarasota County. Call 941-894-2543 for a free quote.
What Nokomis and Osprey Clients Ask Us For Most
- Recurring house cleaning for full-time residents: recurring cleaning
- Deep cleaning for a first clean or a seasonal reset: deep cleaning
- Rental cleaning between tenants for owners and landlords: rental property cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning for buyers, sellers and renters: move-in and move-out cleaning
- Condo cleaning one-time or recurring: apartment and condo cleaning
Looking After Coastal Homes
Homes near the water collect sand, salt film and humidity faster than homes inland. On a regular schedule we keep up with:
- Sand tracked in through entryways and sliders
- Salt film on glass, mirrors and fixtures
- Humidity-related buildup in bathrooms and showers
- Dust in homes closed up for part of the year
For a home that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, start with a deep clean; regular visits keep it there.
