Scheduling, Access and Payment

• Rescheduling: let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule.
• Late changes: with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t access the property on arrival, the full price of the cleaning may be charged.
• Access: you don’t need to be there. Many clients give us a spare key, a door or garage code, or entry instructions, and we lock up when we’re done.
• Payment: arrange your payment method before the visit, or leave cash or a check for the team.
• Issues: tell us within 24 hours if something was missed and we’ll address it.
• Insurance: we’re fully insured if something is damaged.
