When to Ask for Eco-Friendly Products
- You have young children who crawl and play on the floors
- You have pets
- Someone in the home is sensitive to strong scents
- You simply prefer gentler products in your home
How to Request Them
- Ask when you book, or tell us before a visit.
- Mention any products or ingredients you want avoided.
- If you use a particular product, leave it out with a note saying where to use it.
The request becomes part of your instructions, and the same team cleans your home whenever possible, so it carries forward.
Special Surfaces
Some surfaces need specific care whatever products you prefer:
- Natural stone such as marble and granite
- Wood floors and furniture
- Stainless steel appliances
- Delicate finishes or anything with manufacturer instructions
Point these out when you book, and leave any recommended product out if you have one.
Methods That Help
- Microfiber cloths pick up dust instead of spreading it.
- HEPA-filter vacuums hold fine dust in the vacuum.
- Working top to bottom means dust is cleaned once, not twice.
