Plans change. If you need to move a recurring cleaning, let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the team can’t get in, the full price may be charged. Here is how that works in practice, and how to avoid a missed visit.

Why the 24-Hour Rule Exists
Recurring visits are planned ahead, and the team’s day is built around them. A day’s notice gives us time to adjust the schedule. A late change or a locked door leaves time set aside that can’t be used for another home.
How to Reschedule
- Call 941-894-2543 as soon as you know.
- Tell us the visit you need to move and the days that work for you.
- We’ll confirm the new time.
Avoiding a No-Access Visit
Most missed visits come down to access, not timing. A few checks help:
- Keep your key, door or garage code, gate pass or lockbox details current with us.
- Tell us if a code changes or a gate pass expires.
- In a condo, let us know about building changes such as new entry procedures.
- If you’ll be home, make sure someone can let the team in.
Changing Your Regular Schedule
Rescheduling moves one visit. If you want to change your regular schedule itself, for example from weekly to bi-weekly, or a different day, call us. There are no contracts, so you can change your schedule or cancel at any time. See recurring cleaning plans and weekly vs bi-weekly vs monthly.
