Condo Cleaning Logistics: Access, Parking and HOA Rules

Cleaning a condo is mostly the same as cleaning a house. What differs is getting in: building access, parking, elevators and association rules. Sorting those out when you book means the visit starts on time and goes smoothly.

Building Access

  • Tell us how visitors get in: front desk, call box, fob or code.
  • If the building keeps a list of approved service providers, add us to it.
  • Leave a key, door code or lockbox for the unit itself.
  • In gated communities, arrange a gate pass or code too.

Parking

  • Let us know where service vehicles can park: guest spaces, a service area or street parking.
  • Mention any time limits or permits.

Elevators and Common Areas

  • Tell us about elevator rules, such as a service elevator or reservations.
  • The team carries professional supplies and equipment, including HEPA-filter vacuums, through the building to your unit.

Association Rules

  • Quiet hours or restricted times for service work
  • Rules on balconies and lanais
  • Trash and recycling procedures for the building

Share them when you book and we’ll plan each visit around them.

What a Condo Clean Includes

The same room-by-room checklist as a house: the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. A deep clean adds blinds, sliding doors and tracks, the inside of the oven and fridge, cabinets inside and out, doors, behind movable furniture and steam-cleaned tile floors. Lanai furniture and floors can be added. See apartment and condo cleaning.

Seasonal Condos and Rentals

If you are away part of the year, we can clean before you arrive and after you leave; see maintenance cleaning for seasonal homes. For condos rented to guests, see how turnover cleaning works.
