Recurring cleaning is priced based on:
- Home size — square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Frequency — weekly visits have the lowest per-visit rate; monthly visits have the highest
- Scope — standard recurring coverage vs. any add-ons
We don’t publish flat rates because homes vary too much for a single number to be meaningful. A 1-bedroom condo on Siesta Key and a 4-bedroom house in Lakewood Ranch are very different jobs — quoting them the same would shortchange one client or overcharge the other.

Here’s exactly what happens once you set up a recurring plan:
Step 1 — Quote and confirmation We go over your home, your preferred schedule, any specific requests or priorities, and confirm the scope and price. No surprises later.
Step 2 — First visit The first cleaning is typically more thorough than ongoing visits — we get the home to a proper baseline so every recurring visit is maintenance rather than catch-up. Some clients prefer to start with a dedicated deep cleaning before their recurring schedule begins.
Step 3 — Ongoing recurring visits Your schedule runs from there. We send the same team whenever possible and follow the same checklist every visit.
Step 4 — Feedback and adjustments If something isn’t right after any visit, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to address it. To change your schedule or add a service, just reach out. To reschedule a single visit, give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning? No. Many of our recurring clients provide entry instructions and come home to a clean space. We’ll confirm access details when we set up your account.
Will I get the same cleaners each time? We send the same team whenever possible, so they get to know your home and your preferences.
What if I need to reschedule a visit? Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t access your home, the full price of the cleaning may be charged.
Can I start with a one-time cleaning before committing to a plan? Yes. A one-time cleaning is available if you want to experience the service before setting up a recurring schedule. Many of our recurring clients started this way.
What if I’m not happy with a visit? Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right. No argument.
Do you offer discounts for longer commitments? We don’t require commitments, so there are no tiered discount structures. What you do save with more frequent service is a lower per-visit rate — weekly clients pay less per visit than monthly clients because the home requires less effort between visits.
