Recurring maid service is priced per visit, and the biggest factor after the size of your home is how often you book. The more often the visits, the less builds up between them, so each visit takes less time. This guide explains what sets the per-visit price and how to choose a schedule that fits your budget. What You Get on Every Visit
Each recurring visit follows the standard room-by-room checklist: bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and living areas, with counters, sinks, toilets, showers, appliance exteriors, the microwave, cabinet fronts, dusting, baseboards and floors. The same team cleans your home whenever possible. See what a standard clean includes.

What Sets the Per-Visit Price
Frequency
Weekly visits keep the home closest to clean, so each one is the quickest. Bi-weekly visits have two weeks of buildup to clear. Monthly visits have the most, so each one takes longest and costs a bit more per visit. See weekly vs bi-weekly vs monthly.
Size
Square footage, bedrooms and especially bathrooms set the baseline.
How the home is used
Kids, pets, heavy cooking, guests and beach sand all add to what each visit has to cover.
Add-ons
Extras such as indoor windows, linens or the inside of the oven add to the visits you include them in. See what costs extra.

The First Visit Is Different
If the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, the first visit is usually a deep clean and costs more. Recurring visits after it are shorter and cost less. See why the first cleaning costs more.
Choosing a Schedule for Your Budget
- Weekly: the lowest cost per visit and the most consistently clean home; the highest monthly total.
- Bi-weekly: a balance of cost and cleanliness for most occupied homes.
- Monthly: the lowest monthly total, with more time between visits; suits smaller or lightly used homes.
There are no contracts, so you can change your schedule or cancel at any time. See recurring cleaning plans.

Comparing Quotes
- Check that each quote covers the same checklist and the same frequency.
- Ask whether the first visit is priced separately.
- Ask about supplies, insurance, background checks and what happens if something is missed.
- Ask about the rescheduling policy. Ours: at least 24 hours’ notice; with less notice, or if we can’t get in, the full price may be charged.
