How to Build Your Plan

1. Pick the rooms and areas. Tell us what matters most: the kitchen and bathrooms only, a few rooms, or the whole home.
2. Choose the level for each. Standard cleaning for some areas, deep-clean detail for others. See both checklists.
3. Add extras. Blinds, linens, dishes, the inside of the oven or fridge, indoor windows, sliding door tracks, the lanai or the grill. See add-ons and extras.
4. Choose how often. One-time, or weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

We confirm the scope before we start, then follow the Breeze-Through Clean System: clean by checklist, then a quality check. We review the work to make sure everything meets expectations before we consider the job complete. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to address it. Custom plans are available in all 13 of our service areas.

Scheduling, Access and Payment

• Rescheduling: let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule.
• Late changes: with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t access the property on arrival, the full price of the cleaning may be charged.
• Access: you don’t need to be there. A spare key, lockbox, door code or entry instructions work, and we lock up when we’re done.
• Payment: arrange your payment method before the visit, or leave cash or a check for the team.
• Issues: tell us within 24 hours if something was missed and we’ll address it.
• Insurance: we’re fully insured if something is damaged.
