What Each Recurring Visit Includes

Every visit follows our standard room-by-room checklist for bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and living areas: dusting, surfaces, fixtures, mirrors, floors and trash. 2. Confirm your service. We confirm the frequency, your visit day, access instructions and any priorities so the team arrives prepared.
3. Clean by checklist. Each visit follows the same checklist, with professional-grade supplies. We send the same team whenever possible.
4. Quality check. We review the work to make sure everything meets expectations before we consider the job complete.
5. Follow-up. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to address it.

• No contracts: you can change your schedule or cancel recurring service at any time.
• Same team: we send the same team whenever possible.
• Rescheduling: Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll do our best to reschedule. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we can’t access your home, the full price of the cleaning may be charged.
• Access: you don’t need to be home. Many clients give us a spare key, a door or garage code, or entry instructions, and we lock up when we’re done.
• Payment: arrange your payment method when you set up service, or leave cash or a check for the team.
• Issues: tell us within 24 hours if something was missed and we’ll address it.
